Start with your contact details. Add optional notes about the returns, years or states you want to discuss. ASI will follow up to confirm the scope and next steps.
Start with a few details. No tax documents required.
Business tax preparation for sole proprietors, LLCs, partnerships and corporations. Discuss your filing years, records and state requirements with ASI.
Tell us your business type, the return years involved and the states where your business operates. If you are asking about LLC or S corporation tax preparation, share the existing structure and tax election so the team can confirm the appropriate scope.
Identify whether your bookkeeping is current, which reports are available and whether you have prior-year returns or unresolved questions. We will explain what is needed and how to transfer records securely after the initial inquiry.
Confirm fees, responsibilities, document requirements and timing with the team. Ask how business and owner tax information will be coordinated. Record cleanup and prior-year work may require a separate engagement.
The entity, return years, states involved and condition of the records affect the work needed. A current-year return, bookkeeping cleanup and an amendment are different tasks. Describe each request so the team can explain what is included.
Ask for the proposed services, fee arrangement, documents needed and responsibilities before proceeding. Explain any deadline or unresolved notice at the start. An inquiry is not a confirmed engagement or a promise that a return can be completed by a particular date.
