Information saved as you go

Contact fields, business details, readiness answers and chat messages are saved automatically in ASI’s Cloudflare account—even if you leave without submitting a request. An essential session cookie lets this browser resume that progress. Incomplete inquiries are retained for seven days from session creation. Submitted inquiries are retained in website storage for up to 90 days. This website does not collect tax documents, Social Security numbers, account numbers or login credentials.

How information is used

Saved information supports continuity, inquiry review and requested follow-up. Submission marks an inquiry ready for follow-up and sends it to req@accountant.com. Contact consent is recorded separately; entering a draft does not subscribe you to marketing. Email copies follow ASI’s business record-retention practices.

AI assistant

The assistant is automated, not a human accountant. OpenAI processes chat messages to generate educational replies using a curated source collection. Answers can be incomplete or incorrect; have ASI review your facts before acting. Contact fields are stored separately from the model prompt. Do not paste confidential tax records into chat.

Essential services and optional measurement

Cloudflare hosts the site, stores inquiries, protects forms, processes network information and sends notifications. Essential security and session functions operate without optional analytics. Optional conversion measurement runs only when allowed in Privacy choices and configured. Contact details and chat content are excluded from analytics events.

Your choices

Use “Delete my saved draft and chat” in Privacy choices to remove the current saved draft. To request access, correction or deletion of submitted records, contact req@accountant.com or call (877) 765-3210. Optional measurement choices can be changed on the home page.

AI chat processing

Chat messages are processed through OpenAI to generate automated replies. Contact intake fields are stored separately and are not included in model requests. Do not send tax IDs, financial account numbers, or tax documents. Responses require professional review by ASI.
